I love the soreness that comes from a long day of skiing Colorado powder.
It means I skied hard (or fell too many times) and deserve a good stretch.
As a yoga instructor, I’m frequently asked to lead my friends through yoga stretches after a long day of “shredding the gnar.” However, I can’t always be there to lead an après-ski yoga session.
