3 Steps to Mad Manifestation.

Next year will make 10 years that I’ve been on the seekers journey.

I’m sure you know how the story goes: girl travels to India three times, meditates in and out of ashrams to work on self-awareness, to increase consciousness, and of course to check out people levitating.

She then goes to Israel a bunch of times to study Kabbalah with some of the world’s greatest mystical teachers, in search of life’s deeper meaning.

Lastly, she ends up in Peru, right in the heart of the Amazon Jungle, walks barefoot with Shamanic healers and has some out of body experiences in reverence of plant medicines.

Well, that’s my story in a nutshell. Now that I sound like a total Eat, Pray, Love wannabe, allow me to share with you what I’ve learnt over the years.

But first, let me get a little vulnerable…

You would think that all this seeking and traveling would’ve given me all the answers I was looking for. If only it were that easy. What I came to realize is what I was missing was sitting right in front of my anya chakra (third eye) all along. All of my time spent seeking, traveling and meditating could’ve been expedited had I figured this one thing out earlier.

What was it I was searching for? I desired happiness, causeless joy and the power to have control over my emotions. But underlying these desires was the longing to be able to manifest the exact life I wanted for myself.

So fast forward almost 10 years, after much trial and error, I can confidently say that I’ve discovered a system, and it works miracles (no pun intended).

Here are the ways that I learned to manifest the life I want; from money, to relationships, to joy and beyond!

Step 1: Clear the Clutter

For so long I was studying The Law of Attraction and reading all about The Secret, yet as much as I managed to change my thoughts from negative to positive, I still wasn’t getting the exact results I wanted.

Once I realized what I was doing wrong, everything started to shift. The problem was that I wasn’t being clear enough about my specific goals and desires. For example, if I wanted to manifest the right guy for me, I used to focus on a “too broad” version of what that looked like. What I needed to do is define what “right for me” really looks like.

When we start by writing down our greatest desire, and get as clear and specific as we possibly can, we are conversing with the universe in a clear and confident manner that says, “this person knows what they want.” Also, when we focus on one desire at a time rather than many, the chances of that one thing manifesting into reality is greater because it has more of your attention and intention placed on it.

Step 2: Remove the Doubt

One thing I’ve been playing with lately is manifesting parking spots everywhere I go, especially New York City where it’s damn near impossible. I envision the exact parking spot I want 10 minutes before I arrive. It’s like seeing into the future. It works nine out of 10 times, and the 10 percent failure comes as result of my own self-doubt.

I noticed that when I am truly confident about getting a spot, it works every time. Then of course there are those moments where I can hear my mind say “yeah right, that area of NYC is way too congested, try again!” The moment doubt enters, unless I catch it before it spirals into craziness, poof—the spot gets taken before my very eyes!

The idea is, once we’ve completed step one and gotten clear about what it is we want, we’ve got to eliminate all the doubtful thoughts that interfere with the manifestation powers we possess. Confidence is power!

Step 3: Create the Space to Make it a Reality

Now that we’ve got the foundation set for our wish to manifest, it’s time to visualize exactly what we want as though we already have it.

I like to spend 10 to 30 minutes every day with my eyes closed, and see my desire as intensely and as clearly as I possibly can.

Each time I do the following with my clients, it provides a truly heart opening experience: I take them through a visual trip into the future. They envision their lives one year, then five years and finally 10 years into the future, as though it’s happening at this very moment. From the way they look, to the relationships they have, to the success they’re experiencing, the idea is to feel what our desired life actually feels like. The realer it can become in our minds, the greater the chance of it manifesting in our everyday lives.

It’s as simple as that!

Try out these three steps and watch how miracles show up everywhere. Once you’ve completed steps one to three, remember to surrender and let go of the outcome. The universe has more control over our destiny than our minds can comprehend.
