We took a journey through imagery, and traveled up the body through the seven chakras, where we aligned the external aspects of our life (now and as a child) with the internal energies of the subtle body. It was emotional, eye-opening, heart opening and revealing for our 32 participants. We encouraged our students to remove themselves from their day-to-day routine and “see it differently.” Their hearts were wide open to the possibilities of what lies ahead in this new year, and how only WE can make an impact and take charge of our lives.
