Carpe Diem!

“This Drummer is at the Wrong Gig”: a lesson to all of us to rise above complacency and rock this moment.

This drummer is anything but square. This drummer walks to the beat of…his own drumer. This drummer is in a state of samadhi. He’s in the zooone. He grabs a pitiful tacky forgettable moment and turns it into a viral video. I want to be inside his crazy-focused, overheated Zen-like mothereffing mind. But only for a few seconds—I couldn’t handle it in there.

Rock on, real life Will Ferrell!

OMG. This guy is fucking nuts. Seriously. Apparently my percussion program in undergrad did NOT have Advanced Drumset Theatrics. I totally missed out.
