Reflections 2010 Interview with Bob Weisenberg.

Reflections 2010 is an interview series with leaders in the yoga and mindful living community. Hosted by Donna Freeman, the goal of these interviews is to encourage, inspire and get to know a little of the person behind the yoga mat. From holiday indulgences to favourite traditions and everything yoga in between, Reflections 2010 promises to add a wonderful element of caring and sharing to the holidays.

Bob Weisenberg

Author, musician, and Elephant Journal Yoga Editor, Bob Weisenberg joins us to share his reflections on 2010. Bob is well known in the on-line yoga community for his generosity, insights and support. He is the Guru of the Gita-Talks : a groundbreaking on-line forum for discussions regarding lessons and themes from the Bhagavad-Gita (a must read for most yoga teacher training). Bob’s yoga philosophy is “simple, profound and livable” and his goal is to make yoga practice fun and approachable in plain English. Enjoy his insights into life, the breath and so much more.

Donna Freeman

Teacher, author and expert on yoga for kids and teens, Donna Freeman firmly believes that yoga can be done anywhere, by anyone, at anytime. She grew up in British Columbia, Canada but was introduced to yoga while living in Cape Town, South Africa during her nomad years.
