BREAKING NEWS: We at elephant journal recently sponsored a love-fest for a real, live elephant. Here is an update, and a chance to win the trip of a lifetime.

We’ve been telling you all about Phil, our truly adorable new rascal friend who lives in Northern Thailand. Well, now one of you might actually get the chance to MEET HIM!

One lucky person can win the EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME thanks to the Anantara Golden Triangle Resort and Elephant Camp. Between now and March 13th, one person will receive a free 2-night stay in a Deluxe 3 Country View Room with breakfast, a 1-day Mahout Training Session, and BEST OF ALL lunch with Phil!

All you need to do to be eligible to win this dream vacation is “like” the Friends of Phil page BETWEEN NOW AND MARCH 13TH, share it with at least one friend, and post a cheer to Phil on the page itself.
Then you will be eligible for the drawing which will take place on March 13th—Thai Elephant Day (a very important holiday designed to draw awareness to the plight of the Asian Elephant)!

Don’t forget to check in with Friends of Phil on March 13th anyway as there will be pix and even a video of Phil enjoying the many treats those of you who “like” the page have earned for him! Spread the ele love, and get ready for a wonderful c-ele-bration!

There’s little time left, so act fast! Show how much you love elephant(s)!
