Inversions – fun being upside down and a playlist

Inverting your body:
Gives the heart a break. Stimulates the endocrine system. Calms the mind. Strengthens the core. Enhances ability to concentrate and remain focused. Can be stimulating for the nervous system. Increases body awareness. Helps with circulation. Can be cleansing and rejuvenating. Can relieve stress.

This passage reminds me of inversions.  It’s may not be easy for us, or our students, to invert the first time we try it – it takes time, patience and understanding.

As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single
thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical
