Be content
with what you have;
rejoice in the way things are.
When you realize there is
lacking, the whole world belongs to you.

~ Lao Tzu

Self-improvement takes you outside of yourself. Self-improvement fools me into thinking wisdom is separate from my fundamental nature. There is no goal: the journey is the goal.
