“The single journey through consciousness

should be participated in

as fully as possible by the individual,

no matter how dangerous or cruel or terror-filled

that experience may be.

We only go through it once…and so

we must do it fully conscious.”

~ Edward Albee

I love the idea of reincarnation. I think it’s beautiful. Some days I just feel so full of ideas, and dreams, and things I want to do, places to go…I don’t know how I’ll ever do it all this time around.

But in reality, even if it happens–I’ll never really know. What matters is what we’re doing now. What matters is being awake, being present, and being of benefit this time–not next time. Are you awake?
