I love Valentine’s Day, mainly because I love that there’s a holiday to celebrate love.
Seriously, who couldn’t use a little more love in their life? And even though I’ll be here in NYC while my fiancé is in Sydney, you’ll still hear me playing love songs all the way through.
My theme in my yoga classes for this week has been the delicate balance of courage & faith. A tough balance indeed, when the world asks us to stand up for ourselves and be tough. Yet, to really connect with those we love we must be ready to drop all of our guards and trust in the strength of our love.
So, whether you have someone to enjoy your day with or not—here’s to the love we share with ourselves, as well as, the people around us.
Here’s to our ability to courageously step into our strength and have faith that we’ll be supported in the process.
