It’s the best yoga video I’ve seen this month.

“Chaos should be regarded

as extremely

good news.”

~ Chogyam Trungpa

This video is profound, actually…the use of the speed to accentuate the fear of chaos, of fear itself, that yoga helps us relax with.

Think of the park and the skateboards and the wholesome chaos like our mind. Think of Simon’s brave, cheerful practice like the breath, like alignment, like the practice itself: the the present moment.

PS: I don’t usually share up commercials, though if they’re wonderful commercials, like this one, we’ll gladly partner with said mindful businesses. So, longtime pals at Be Present, this one’s for free, shared because our readers will love it.
