Stop for a Moment.

“Stop for a moment.

Close your eyes.

Turn your attention inwards.

Feel your heart beating inside of your chest, the breath moving through your lungs.

Know that everything is ok.

Tell yourself: I’m ok. 

You’re here. You’re alive. There is a purpose for your being here, right now.

Even when life gets a little crazy…you’re ok.

You’ll always be.”
