Yoga Ruins Your Life? That sounds terrible!
But it’s not. In fact having yoga ruin your life is a huge relief. Because when you practice yoga on a regular basis, the auto-pilot of “life” that, if you’re like most of us you may have fallen into, slowly transforms into a life that is naturally more awake, balanced, healthy and happy. The little things that used to bother you don’t so much any more. You feel less stressed and happier. Relationships become easier as emotions thoughts and feelings become clearer and less reactive. And best of all, who you really are shines through. So yes, your auto pilot life is “ruined,” but that’s not so terrible after all.Yoga Ruins Your LIfe

Agree with all the reasons of ‘ruining’ life, like the studio, and the atmosphere’s great, very advanced practice… thanks for this !

  9. Juliana says:

Yes it is an amazing video and very wise words, to which I fully agree. There is only thing that troubles me: the postures shown. They are beautiful and I would watch these yogis practice for hours. However, some people (I would say most people) are not necessarily on that stage of their practice. So to some level, it can be quite discouraging… To the ones that think their practice will never be like this or it is not where you think it should be, always remember: you are exactly where you are supposed to be. Namaste.
