The Sexual Warrior’s Guacamole

Guacamole is the go-to sexy “hors d’oeuvre” for both men and women. Let these fruity ‘testicles’ (as the Aztecs called them) work their magic before you work yours.

Sexy Players:

avocado
sexy spices
citrus
chia

What you need:

Five ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
One cup chopped red onion
Six cloves garlic, minced
One jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 a bunch of cilantro leaves
juice of two limes
Three tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup chia gel (basic chia gel = two tbsp. chia seeds soaked in a cup of water for 30 minutes)
sea salt to taste

What to do:

Combine avocado, garlic, jalapeno, red onion and cilantro in a food processor. Add in olive oil, lime juice and sea salt while processor is running. Transfer the guacamole to your favorite serving bowl and add in the chia gel.

Serve with tortilla chips and raw veggies.

Bewitching Sumac Soup

Sumac, an obscure berry growing on bushes throughout the Mediterranean, mainly in southern Italy and throughout the Middle East, is a mysterious and exotic little thing, best eaten slowly and with sensuality.

One cup brown basmati rice
