Mexican Drug Lord’s home after being raided (photos)

Clearly, the War on Drugs needs to end. It’s failed. We’re jailing more of our own citizens than any country in history. Make drugs legal, tax and control them and keep them safe, and push the dealers and farmers into the sunshine. For more.

“It is estimated to be approximately 27 more of these houses in Mexico alone.” For more, via Snopes, which has more accurate info than the captions, below.

“The ones with the guns are from the museum the army keeps to show all the weird stuff they’ve found. (spanish) –

The pile of money is approx. 200 million dollars, found in another event –

The house with caves and lions is another raid they made somewhere in Desierto de los Leones, a rich people suburb located between Mexico City and Mexico State.”

Still, this is wow and shows where our drug money goes—instead of to taxes, schools, police, safer streets…it goes to violence and greed.
