Does canned pumpkin work for the conditioner or does the canning process kill the beneficial enzymes and nutrients?

Its true pumpkin seed do work ,i have a mark on my bella after birth,i use pumpkin seed oil on it and it stated faiding out.am still using and i like the resuit.thanks
