Full Moon in Gemini: The Choice is Yours, so Choose Wisely.

*Eleditor’s note: Astrology isn’t a religion. We’re not sure it’s a science, either. It’s magic, maybe. But, as with feng shui, say, things affect things. So as long as we don’t go blaming our problems on the stars, as long as we assume responsibility for our own actions…well, hell, a little auspicious coincidence and applicable wisdom can’t hurt. And so, with that grain of salt…enjoy!

“Everything in your life is a reflection of a choice you have made. If you want a different result, make a different choice.”

~ QuotesBerry

On Wednesday, November 25th, the moon will be full in the sign of Gemini.

Gemini is the sign of the twins, of duality—signaling that we are at a crossroads in our lives.

Often times, certain choices can affect our entire lives.

The simple act of saying, “yes” or “no” can dramatically change the course of our entire journey.

It is only fitting that after a year of change and of the cosmos pushing us to reach for excellence—striving to become our most true and authentic selves we are presented with a choice.

Maybe it is a choice to stay where we think we need to be or to choose where we want to be.

Maybe we are making the choice to leave our comfort zone and dare to do something that calls to our souls.

Or maybe it is just about making the choice to stop denying parts of ourselves and our inner most desires, and instead choosing to pursue whatever it is that is calling our name.

Wherever each of us are, we are at a turning point.

It’s not about choosing right or wrong though—because whatever we have experienced has been necessary for us to evolve into our highest self.

But, maybe this time it is about choosing ourselves rather than any external force.

Because any choice we make is for the happiness of others or for ourselves.

In the best of situations, a choice we make can make everyone satisfied and fulfilled, but more often than not, we are forced to make choices to please others or ourselves.

There is a reason when we’re on an airplane, we are told to put on our own oxygen mask before assisting anyone else—if we don’t take care of ourselves first we are worthless to others.

Possibly this whole year has been about the journey to come home to ourselves—and maybe we have finally come full circle.

Sometimes, in order to find out who we really are and what we really want from this crazy amazing life we need to take the long road.

Maybe it’s just about us trying all the flavors before we finally know which one is our favorite.

However, we can’t place blame on others for the situations where we find ourselves, because every aspect of our lives, both positive and negative, is ultimately because of a choice that we have made.

Often times we complain about a job that feels unfulfilling or a relationship that is stressful—yet, at one point both these things were choices we made.

Likewise, if we want to change our lives, if we want to be happy or to feel more satisfied and fulfilled, then we need to start making some different decisions.

Because no one is going to come along and rescue any of us—in the end we are the only ones who hold all the cards.

And the power lies within our hands, as to whether we are going to fold or go all in.

The really beautiful thing about life, is even if we fold and end up regretting it, we can ask to be dealt a different hand.

Likewise, if we go all in and realize that we shouldn’t have, we can fold.

There is no finality in life—we can always choose to change.

There is also a triple conjunction of Sun, Saturn and Mercury in the sign of Sagittarius that will be heavily influencing us in the decisions we will be making.

Sagittarius can be an impulsive sign.

Yet regardless of decisions made on a whim, or because of irrationalities, Sagittarius is a powerful force, to help us in making up our mind.

Since this is a good time to communicate and discuss the options, we are empowered to finally make a choice that is aligned with both our head and heart.

Because of Sagittarius’s fire, this will also be a passionate moon.

We may have felt the hot flames of yearning start coursing through our veins, around the time that Neptune turned direct on November 18th which was only amplified by the Saturn Neptune square on the 20th.

During this full moon we will literally be quaking with desire.

Every aspect of our body’s sensual cravings will be heightened during this time, and those who make the choice to engage with a lover, may end up leaving ashes in their wake, in the best possible way.

Nothing can heat up a cold November eve like the intimate fires that two lovers can create.

Whichever direction we decide to venture, it is our ultimate destiny—there is no point in playing the self-doubt game, because sometimes it is the hardest decisions that we need to make the most.

Sometimes in life, we reach the peak of the mountain and we can choose to go back down the same way we came or instead, travel past the summit and see what unforeseen treasures lie there.

Because the thing is, sometimes it’s the not knowing that leaves us all wishing we had made the choice to explore the possibilities.

The truth is, whatever we want in this life, whatever we desire and whatever makes our heart skip a beat—it is possible.

We just have to make the choice to pursue it.
