What we are waiting
And yearning for

All this time
In all these places

Is simply the experience
Of fully dropping into our own self

Our truest self
Our deepest self

The one that knows.

It is both the key
And the buried treasure

Waiting patiently
To be graced by the presence of our undivided attention
To be greeted in that sacred pause.

It inhabits the space between the sounds
Between the thoughts
Between the breath

Available to be known
In every moment
Upon request.
