Sweetly begin to shift your awareness into this space

Allow yourself to land here completely

Calling back all the energy that is usually flowing outward
To external demands and expectations
To the role you play in society

Let yourself be here

Allow your eyes to close
Or your gaze to soften

Redirecting that outward flow of energy into your very own self

Calling all parts of your being back
Into this moment
Into this breath
Into your seat of radical inclusivity

Allow yourself to draw in
To the center of your center
To the ground of your being

Where you are whole
Where you are wise
Where you are enough

Where you are intimately and eternally connected
To who you are inside

Give yourself permission to rest in this space

There is nothing left to do except
Watch
Allow
And listen.
