Beating fear and living our best lives

Beating fear and living our best lives

Fear….
it’s a serious and real thing guys – and its been a problem for a long time, don’t you agree? lets tap in to how fear affects our lives…
Have a think about why you don’t feel like you can go for that career path that lights your heart up with passion just because it’s a bit risky or unstable…
why do we repeat behaviour patterns that consistently leave us feeling unfulfilled and insufficient…?
why do we think and feel we are not good enough or worthy enough to attain 1 million pounds or that dream car?…
why do we care about what others think of us or their judgments?

say hello to fear…

Society has a lot to do with our submissive behaviour to ourselves. – to keep order, to keep control, for once we step out and away from fear – we become empowered and that means we no longer live our lives by anyones rules but our own, and BOOM – chaos breaks loose in the response to your new, happy, fulfilling, abundant life.

So i’m going to help you choose love over fear anyway, because i’m nice like that.

It’s clear that we are more purposeful and have more to offer when we take control of our minds, perception and direction in the world.
And I understand, mindsets and behaviours are ingrained in us – from family, society and even our ancestors…

Beliefs and mindsets are energy and energy sticks around and transmutes in good and bad ways – unless we set out to change or shift them, they get carried over and continue to stay.

Our more unattractive and negative manifestations come from fear. The solution is internal, because nothing in our outside world is going to make us feel better – it wears off – it wont last which means we will forever be seeking something and its a repetitive cycle.

so a few steps to conquer yourself and fear
1) Accept there is a problem
2) Believe it can improve
3) Know that you are unlikely to meaningfully alter your situations using the same means

and techniques that got you in to that place

so take me for example. I came from a family that has a very fear based and scarcity mindset. Apparently, me choosing to take a creative path choice – I should be on edge and worried all of the time because I haven’t got a fixed number on a pay cheque coming in every month..

so does this mean i’m failing because of other peoples fears? Thinkinginthatwaydidn’tresonatewithme- Isimplycouldn’t‘believe’it,andjustbecause my whole family far and wide lived by that way of thinking, I knew I wasn’t going to because I would literally be miserable if I did.

so I explored the path of the unknown and it took a lot of work – i had to read, research, put myself in so many situations with like minded people – to unlearn and re learn what I wanted to live by. And ultimately, that was faith.
Faith in myself, Faith in god, Faith in the universe, Faith in my gifts, Faith in choosing love.

And BOOM, fast forward from a brave and consistent decision to not follow the crowd and I am truly living my best life.
