Best Short Story Ever!

Once upon a time there was black sheep in the family. Easy translation- her name could have been Cinderella, but she had no step sisters or step mom. Still, those around somehow always treated her as if they were the traditional steps in Cinderella’s life.
She never asked for anything and they usually offered the same. Both sides were good with this. The black sheep in this story is named Ewe.
Now Ewe, was blamed for everything. Stemming from the lies the rest of the herd. They would huddle together in their perfectly manicured green pastures,  making assumptions, judging, and thinking they were better than Ewe.
The term “black sheep” means an outcast, individual thinker, different than the rest. And yes, was she different. She marched to the beat of her own drum. Specifically,  she always followed her heart. So much, in fact,  that she wondered if any of the other sheep even had one.
Ewe had what other people would call “paranormal super powers.” I guess from  a sheep’s point of view, using human power by following the heart was super human.  For Ewe, protecting was everything.
Everything that was accepted by the Sweater Family, was only approved if it was by majority rules. This was not Ewe’s way at all.
As time passed, they came to realize ( word from other baa baa spokesman ) that Ewe was really the Royal blood of the family. She had always been Queen of all the Pastures. But dethroned by corruption. Underneath all that black wool – she was as blue royal as the Lamb of God.
The other sheep of the family caught wind that she has been in communication with many golden sheep in the Hollywood circles. They all wished that they were her. With her super powers she heard them all at a whisper. “We are gonna be rich!” So Ewe responded, “F%*# You.” And that’s how they got their wish. ( for those that need to think it thru- they all wished to be Ewe and now they got the name and exactly what they did to her all thru her life. Which brings it back to, “Be careful what you wish for”)
