Enjoy what is in front of you

When we can truly breathe in the present moment, we can enjoy what is front of us.  If we stay in this moment with presence and take a moment to take in the joy then we can release the need to worry or project. I guess worry has been a companion of mine, thinking I must take it with me so then I can be prepared or feel somehow in control. If I let go and find the courage to trust a bit more I can travel a bit lighter.

There is the now, there is where we are and the reality of what is..sometimes it can be hard to face, yet if we remain open and navigate through we can move forward to where we are meant to be.

We can find the joy, the simplicity of connection stillness and a quiet space. It is there if only we take the time to be with it. A joyful, grateful heart can help us through the journey when what we face may be scary, uncertain or too great. I think it is reminding ourselves that we are not alone. That we can breathe deeply into our heart center and ground ourselves in our inner strength. We can enjoy and be joyous.
