To be not afraid of death but fear of loss

There is life and death. When there is acceptance of this cycle there may be less fear of dying. Is it the the pain of loss that scares us and hurts? Life is tragic, brutal and brilliant. Is there a way to lean into our own understanding of faith, to truly surrender and trust.

I often ask ” Why” and I am learning to instead ask ” How”? It is not to question “why” but to ask ourselves ” How can I accept?” Am I am willing to learn from this experience and grow? We can ask questions, although we may not always receive the answer that we would like to hear. I guess it is being able to go with the flow and float with what is.

If there is a way to make a space for the tragedy in our hearts? Can we find a way to be reflective and sit with a deeper seat of compassion and empathy and then lovingly let go?
