Trauma is hard to dissect.
Not only is it difficult to understand, but it’s also difficult to acknowledge its presence.
It takes work, patience, and lots of failures to grasp the unhealthy dynamics that have been preventing us from having normal relationships—with ourselves and others.
However, once we examine our triggers and their original sources, we can work on healing ourselves and redirecting our thoughts and emotions in the present moment.
