There is a heart holding on tightly. It holds love, now it feels lost with her loss. It is cracking, exploding and breaking with cracks of pain. It is as if a tall mountain has been placed upon it and it is unable to move. It is heavy, strong and blocking. It tries to move it but it can’t, in the breath, movement begins and there are cracks, it starts to crumble.
The heart is soft and willing, for it opens up because it feels and if it feels then it heals. In the healing it is uncomfortable and comforted. It is the breath that sweeps in and comforts, the inhale-creates an opening and the exhale- lets go.
Is it to be with it? To sit and rest in a space of feeling. The heart is there in this space, it is seeking connection. Love is a connection. Hold your heart, be gentle, for it has much to hold.
