Learn to deal with ego. Start with manipulating it. Start with the ego of your bosses, and ego of people in your life. I know it’s poisonous and destructive, but it’s also a sign of great vulnerability and fragility. Ego is weak and people with high ego, tend to be extremely fragile. Ego driven people have fundamental problems all rooted in a general sense of insecurity. So, manipulate it, be it by sucking up to this ego driven people, or by calling these people out publicly when they disrespect you. Don’t let anybody’s ego take away sleep and happiness from you. Ego is fragile, learn to use it to your advantage to accomplish your personal objectives.
