Her mission is to heal, inspire, and transform the lives of people, animals and the planet through the education of “PLANET-Based Living.”

“One of my motivating factors is asking myself, am I a part of the problem or part of the solution? I try to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem. And part of that is making sure that I properly dispose of my own trash. I can’t control the neighbor’s trash. I can’t control the restaurant’s trash. I can control my trash.” ~ Andrea Rose

“Another great tip that I like to recommend is to always have a container with you so that you can take home leftovers and not contribute to food waste that will be thrown away. That’s something that’s so easy. It’s a new habit. Just put a clean container in your bag or have it with you. Be prepared for the planet.” ~ Andrea Rose
