Leah is a mother, lover, friend, daughter, coach, student and artist. She lives a colorful and textured life on a dirt road, in a funky old house in Vermont, with her Man, their wildly authentic teenagers and beloved cats. Most days you can find her on the mat, on the trails, on Zoom or in the kitchen practicing healing connection and creation through learning and service.
