What’s your weakest asana? I have a shoulder injury, so Dolphin.
Strongest Asana? Down Dog. You work on it so much.
Favorite Asana? Definitely Tree.
How long have you practiced yoga? 5 years.
Why yoga? For me, it started as a physical practice and it has evolved into aligning my body to the breathe to the mind to the spirit. It carries over into all of my life.
Favorite yogic philosophy? Yoga is balance.
Any yogic wisdom to share? Yoga is a gift of healing. Honor yourself by listening to your body.
What do you focus on in your classes? Bringing awareness. Illuminating change.
What is your training background? I have completed the CorePower 200 hour yoga teacher training.
Yogi Diet? I eat everything in moderation.
Nude Yoga? Yeah?! More power to you!
Any religious affiliation? I’m a spiritual person. As far as traditions go, I lean towards Buddhism and Shamanism.
What else are you into? Guitar, painting, and I am a certified massage therapist.
