How to Deal with a Hangover.
It’s almost certain. Holidays come with drinking, good times come with…bad mornings. Whether it’s celebratory, stress related, or just part of the program, alcohol finds its way into many of our livers during the last two months of the year (or, of course, any time of the year).

If you can make it out of your bed in the morning, try this short routine aimed to shake your hangover a bit, or at least lessen the blow so you can make it through the day. ~ Tara Stiles.

    I'd be content to call this stuff 'ayurveda for better health'. Additionally, there are other ayurvedic approaches, dietary and herbal which can help with this. To call this 'yoga' is to have reached banality w/o recognizing it.
