First, fashion *is* art. Second, what is the point of this?
Art isn't even always art. I know plenty of folks with tattoos that are faddish, soon regretted. Don't you? ~ Waylon
actually, Jolie is already rather tattoo'd. but the real point here is that tattoos ARE art.
Nice man. It's all in the intention or vision or mission of the tattoo-getter. I don't think all tattoos have deeper meaning, necessarily. ~ Waylon
and the point of this is…?
What an odd post. The title implies that all of the mentioned womens’ tattoos are a fashion statement rather than a thought out piece of art that has personal significance. Who are we to say when we are not in their bodies, nor in their heads? It also implies that unless you have the bulk of your body covered in tattoos, them somehow the tattoos that do adorn your skin aren’t to be taken as art or anything other than a poorly thought out fad? And at any rate, who are we to judge what someone else chooses to do on their own skin?
The only one that, in my opinion, looks good with all the tatoos is Kristen, but only because of the make-up, wardrobe, hair, etc…And I agree with your comment: " I know plenty of folks with tattoos that are faddish, soon regretted:". I consider art something that lasts a lifetime, that can be looked at 100 yrs from now with awe…something original and unique…being a painter, photographer, tatooist does not make you an artist.
