A student dreamed little men dragged her forcibly from her bed, plugged a keyboard into her head and started typing thoughts into her brain. They began to show in her line of vision as words upon a screen, scary, harsh words, phrases in all caps like YOU HAVE REASON TO BE AFRAID.304 views

As we sink deeper into this fear we pull away from the world. We pull away from those who can support us. We wrap ourselves in a layer of armor and work to reinforce it so that no one can harm us. But in doing so, we lock out love as well as pain.1,481 views

I have fallen down the rabbit hole, again. Shit. Here, everything is what it's not. I get stuck here and I loathe it. When I visit this land of covers and blinds, it's as if someone has edited a video of my life, showing only the terrible things that have happened. A constant reel, that has absolutely no end, of things I have tried my best to forget. Then anger, regret, sadness, everything spills over and fills up every inch of me, it makes it hard to breathe. There is no conversation between myself and the living. This can prove to be difficult for everyone who actually lives with me.613 views

I’m constantly amazed at the seemingly miraculous power of this therapy. But as I wrote in the article I linked to above, healing should be fast, easy, and fun. We are meant to happy. It’s our natural state.472 views

Therapy evolved. It used to be psychological, emotional, or energy based. The problem with these approaches is that the root cause is not healed; the cause is rarely head, heart, or energy based. The root cause is a deeply subconscious association that relates to survival, safety, or sexuality.8,277 views
