Not sure what this has to do with our editorial mission, “the mindful life,” but this video is just plain too awesome, literally—awe-inspiring—not to share. A physical force of nature, this young man. And yet, so much confusion, suffering, pain, so much pain caused in loved ones—I guess that’s it: even from the height of fame and money and power and dominance—without a tamed mind, we can’t be champions of our own life.
