    Pure gymnastics…. you can certainly see ho Krishnamacharya blended yoga posture with gymnastics all those years ago to give us modern hatha yoga as we know it!

    Russian circus gymnastics… They train maybe more than 8 hrs a day when they prepare for an act. It looks like pole dancing has similar skills…
