“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” ~  Mahatma Gandhi

If you want to change the world through love instead of force, here’s a good place to begin.

Change Yourself: How can you expect to change the world if you don’t walk your talk. This is extremely important. “Be the change in the world you want to see”.

You Are In Control: Really, you are. Own that, get comfortable with it, turn it into your best friend. Life is too short to let someone else drive.

Forgive and Let Go: You don’t have to forget, but don’t let anything consume you. Forgiveness is liberating and letting go will help your soul soar. Don’t be afraid, we weren’t given this beautiful life to carry our weight in sorrow.

Take Care Of This Moment: You can’t control the future and you can’t change the past. This moment is all we have and if we aren’t careful it will pass us by.

Without Action You Aren’t Going Anywhere: Stop second guessing yourself and living in perpetual what-if’s. You can’t possibly know the outcome until you take the first step. Never stop stepping.

Everyone Is Human: So often we forget this. Compassion is a trait specific to our species. Cultivate it, rock it and never forget to use it.

See The Good In People and Help Them: Don’t hold your guard up. Don’t be intimidated. Always search for what shines inside others and help them to see it. They need your help. What’s the worst that could happen? The world could be full of light.

Persist: Don’t ever give up. Manifesting what you want doesn’t happen overnight. There will be bumps in the road. Don’t let a flat tire stop you from moving. Plug it but continue down the same road. It will lead you home.

Be Congruent, Be Authentic, Be Your True Self: Maybe you don’t have to agree with everything but everything deserves your acknowledgement. If you aren’t being you, then who are you being? It’s too exhausting to be what we are not and only when we allow what we are to be present can we be at peace. You are beautiful, don’t hide that.

Grow and Evolve: Be open to new ideas, they have found you for a reason. Expanding your mind is not a process that has an end. Life is too short to turn our backs on knowledge. Soak it up, spread it around and be the embodiment of the love you hold inside.
