3. favored by fortune; fortunate or lucky: a happy, fruitful land.
4. apt or felicitous, as actions, utterances, or ideas.
5. obsessed by or quick to use the item indicated (usually used in combination): a trigger-happy gangster. Everybody is gadget-happy these days.

So, are you happy?

Ask yourself this: are your days rich and full and most importantly…does what you do, day-to-day, moment-to-moment, feed your soul?

Being happy doesn’t mean that we don’t get sad or angry or frustrated—we’re human and we’re made to feel everything—there will be tremendous ups and devastating downs.

But for the most part, does your life (each part of it) make you wanna dance? Make you want to twist and shout? Make you want to wrap your arms around the world and jump up and down with glee?

Try this: stand in front of a mirror and look into your eyes. For five whole minutes.

Keep looking…and don’t let your gaze waiver.

Oh, did you see that?

A sparkle; a twinkle of knowing.

You’ll see the shine in your eyes if you are living your truth—if you are living with personal integrity—if the life you lead is the one that you truly wantbeing lived, by you, in real time—your eyes will shimmer and your heart will be full.
