The Best Advice (as a Healer) I Can Give You. {Video}

Best Advice Ben Ralston

 Look, it’s like this—life should be simple.

It’s simple for the other 99.99999% recurring other species on the planet (when we’re not poisoning them).

If we want to be happy and healthy—and it’s true: health is wealth and peace of mind is happiness—then we have to be in alignment with the natural world. All of the natural world, from the cosmos through the earth to our bodies (as above, so below) is bound together by simplicity.

In the same way that “water finds its level” and in the same way that “nature abhors a vacuum,” so too do we “gravitate” naturally  towards simplicity—evenness, fairness, justice, oneness.

Simplicity in this context means, amongst other things, making sure that your external life matches your internal values. Hence, the practical exercise that I share towards the end of the video.

But I would also encourage you to also question all the complexity of modern life, and make an effort to whittle it down to it’s bare bones—that which you really need.

What, after all, do you really need?
Nothing in nature is wasted.

All is shared.
