Bill McKibben says in his interview with Waylon Lewis of elephant journal that we must start a movement.

So let’s start a movement…
why not?
This is what the Revolution looks like,
~ Cranberry Orange Tea Bread ~
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 Tblsp. cooking oil
2 eggs well beaten
1 c. Chopped walnuts (optional)
4 c. cranberries (1 package)
2 oranges
Grate rind and juice 2 oranges.
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together.
Combine grated rind, juice, oil and water to = 1 1/2c.
Add eggs to liquid, then add to dry ingredients, mixing just enough to dampen.
Fold in nuts and cranberries.
Bake in 2 buttered pans at 350f approx. 1 hr, or until done.
