Boulder has perennially been a main stay on those “Best City for this or that” lists –Best City for Cycling, Best Places to Retire , 10 Best Places to be Steeped in Tea-but this time around was snubbed by Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine in their latest 2009 Best Cities List . Pam Metzger, Relocation Director for Colorado Landmark Realtors was not willing to let that slide. She researched the criteria that Kiplinger’s used and where Boulder stands compared to the chosen cities.
