my girlfriend doing crazy yoga while listening to marilyn manson in pajamas!

yoga hardcore

One thing I love about yoga, it ain’t just for the soccer moms you see in New Age catalogs (nuthin’ wrong with them, either). Yoga is hardcore. Yoga is speedy. Yoga is punk, with more tattoos than you can shake a needle at.

Don’t believe me? Watch this “crazy yoga skillz” video and…prepare to rocckcckckckck yer practice to a whole new level (or not).

Alignment an form needs work. You can speed up your practice and power it up even better with good alignment. Love he concept an energy though!

although I'm an old punker…I think I'll keep my moshing and my yoga seperate 🙂 Nice moves

I couldn't resist watching…. Kick ass music AND tats!!! I love the idea of contrast however; if you slowed your practice down, the effect would be more effective… and your practice will evolve! much love….

There are lots of people who actually consciously practice yoga and have tons of tattoos. Even if we're just calling flopping into a bunch of asanas without technique, breathing, or control "doing yoga, " this isl a mess. Tattoos and a love of Marilyn Manson are not mutually exclusive with a devoted, disciplined yoga practice !

Daaaang, was she even breathing during her poses? Vinyasa flow doesn't even move that fast.

ahhh … this is what you mean by 'hard core'… I was expecting some ashtanga fluidity and beauty. But yeah that is hard core all right … in its own category.
