    People are not really the way they seemed to be at such times, even when they were acting badly. Underneath the bad behavior, people are good, intelligent, and loving, just as you are yourself. There is a reason why people act badly and do not act like themselves, and this reason is understandable and is something that can be changed even though it may be a big job to achieve change.
