It is a pretty cool yoga video. Interesting how it's always so easy to see the flaws in technique from the outside. I reckon this one is even cooler and more yoga…. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embed

Very mesomorphic body build.* Refreshing to look at after all those lanky ectomorphic types …

Will die before I do many of those poses myself.
I appreciate a teacher not trying to teach me them, even if everybody else in the class wants to learn them.

    I have stated my case.

*Mesomorphic but not like 'Mr. Yoga", who looks a little like he takes steroids ..

Is that Breakti done to New Age music?

That eka pada koundinyasana is some daredevil-looking stunt!

Was there a net on the lower roof or ground below?

My 3 yr old son has three comments:

    1. "I like it when he is wearing shorts only."
    2. "What do elephants eat? I think they eat colorful things, like oranges."
    3. "I want to watch it again! Again!"

  10. David Timbs says:

It looks a lot like gymnastics to me!

  11. Robert says:

your 3 year old reminds us of the wonder of it all. If I had to choose a teacher, I's enroll in his workshop. I think I'll watch it again also.
