is not something that you buy in the aisles of drug stores,

Or (cosmetic) surgeries,

Or anywhere,

In fact.

Beauty is a feeling, deep within;

A slow over-flowing surge

That lifts and burns and Devours

With subtlety.

True Beauty is the essence of life itself.

Show me a living being and I’ll show you Beautiful.

Because when you feel that surge within

All of without is moved by it.

Beauty is the light that guides your eyes,

The waves that open your ears,

The nerves that soften your skin.

Beauty is that which feels.

We all want beauty.

But it’s in our desire to own it

That we lose sight

Of the one and only place

It can be found:

He’s been teaching and sharing what he’s learnt along the way for a couple of decades. Leading these retreats alongside his woman Kara-Leah Grant—also an elephant journal writer (that’s how they met!)—they combine a deep well of lineage-based yoga teaching experience, with expertise in healing trauma and various other methods of personal development. Ben also works with clients one-on-one via Skype, writes, makes videos from time to time, and is passionate about parenting. He lives in an intentional, tribal community in the hills of Croatia, where you might find him gardening barefoot and talking to the rocks. Or is it that true beauty IS yourself, and you forget what you thought you were when you forgot that you are beauty? 🙂
