Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral found in rocks, soil and low concentration in drinking water.
Fluoride is most commonly associated with preventing tooth decay. It is a common additive to drinking water. Fluoridating drinking water promotes good dental health for all members of the community. It strengthens tooth enamel and prevents early tooth decay. This seems like a fair benefit.
Conversely, fluoride additives in the drinking water supply damages the pineal gland, the location of the third eye chakra. Fluoridation compromises the third eye, which is commonly known as the seat of the soul. The pineal gland is responsible for regulating sleep patterns and sexual development. It has mystical properties because it is linked to dream and spiritual planes.
The third eye chakra is important because it is the home of our sixth-sense, or intuition. It is located in the center of the forehead, between the eyes. A healthy third eye helps us express empathy and look deeply inside of ourselves.
How can we actively protect our third eye and remove fluoride from our drinking water?
1. Avoid water filters that do not remove fluoride.
Fluoride is a very small ion. Its atomic number is nine. Read the literature about your water filter. If it doesn’t specifically say that it removes fluoride, it probably doesn’t. Brita and Pur do not remove fluoride.
2. Reverse osmosis.
Reverse osmosis is the movement of water across a membrane from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration. It is free of dissolved minerals. Reverse osmosis can achieve perfect exclusion of particles.
3. Water distillation.
Distillation uses evaporation to separate water from particulates. The water is heated to form steam. As the water condenses, it forms purified water. Simply boiling water will not remove the fluoride. The water vapor must be collected separately.
4. Drink natural spring water.
Spring water does contain trace amounts of naturally occurring fluoride. The artesian spring bottler should be able to disclose the exact amount.
5. Counteract the effects of drinking fluoridated water.
Use sunshine as an antidote to fluoride. The best way to rid our bodies of fluoride is to get 30 minutes of sunshine a day. It’s best to take off our hats and get direct sunshine right on our pineal gland, or third eye.
Avoiding fluoride is a terrific way to take care of our third eye chakra. This is particularly important if we’re having a spiritual awakening or working on cultivating intuition and empathy.
