Happy Thanksgiving!

Today is a day of gratitude, family, love and, of course, lots of good food! There’s mashed potatoes, lots of veggies, cranberry sauce, and many many delicious pies all laid out in front of you, smelling so good that you can’t help but try a bit of each.

I hope you do!

Enjoy your holiday and take advantage of all the goodness around you: the food and time with your family.

And after you’re finished eating, maybe even invite your cousins over to the couch for some yoga!

Whether you’re in your home or at your grandma’s house, you can do this yoga routine, even if you’re wearing real pants. Move your body and get your digestion working and feeling good with this routine you can do on the couch:
