If Fear was not a Factor, this is what I’d say.

If fear were not a factor, what would you say?

To a companion:

Love me unconditionally and I will do the same for you.

Our bodies and souls are not perfect. Find the perfection in what I offer you. Take your time and ask me to take mine. There should be no rush for pleasure.

Know in times of struggle that being with you is what I need most. When you can see that it is my internal hurt being shown—hold me even closer.

To a friend:

Understand as the years go by, the amount I care for you will grow.

I might not always be there when you need me. I might not be the best at communicating, but you can trust me. Open up to me and be completely yourself around me.

Time will pass, space between us might grow, but always and forever it will be just as it was when I see you again.

To a colleague:

Everyone has a little something that might bother others. Nobody can be changed by the outcome that results from these bothersome encounters, except you. Find  work that can bring you back to your centre. We spend so much of our time working it seems—do not let those little somethings be the cause of your unhappiness.

To a stranger:

If I smile at you, know there is always a reason and it revolves around happiness. Pass it on.

To a child:

As you grow there will always be those involved in your world who will try to shape you. We have to learn to stand on our own at some point and shape our own future. Never be afraid to take charge of your own life.

To my inner child:

Love yourself first and always. You are the biggest support in your life.

The past may have hurt. Let those emotions from the growing pains consume you fully—and then let them go.

To myself:

Never let go of your childlike curiosity. The world should always be a wonder to behold.

Stay humble.

Stay true.

Stay authentic.

Be you.
