There is Room for it All. {Poem}

There is a secret doorway

into the gardens of spaciousness
always available
in surrender

when we stop trying
and soften into what is
we remember there is room for it all

the comfort and discomfort
the pleasant and unpleasant
the pain and joy

sense softly into the limits of the physical body
into the entire container of your being

there is room
for it all.

Sweet Human, Remember why you are Here. {Poem}

There is a Lifetime of Medicine in this Reminder. {Poem}
