2018 is just around the corner—so, there is no time to procrastinate.

It is time to get our energy ready for the new year.

What we are being asked to do right now, energetically, is to empty out. It is time to let go of all the stresses, worries, belief systems, and old soul patterning that is blocking us from living our most authentically aligned life so that we can have more space in our systems for the light of infinite potential.

A new year brings a new opening.

New opportunities, new belief systems, new adventures, and a new view of who we are and why we are here.

But we don’t want to answer these questions about what the newness is for our lives with our minds. Instead we want to make our energetic systems full of light and openness so that we can be flooded with all the abundant possibilities available to us.

Nothing needs to be decided, we just need to make our energy available.

How do we do this?

First we empty out.

We use this powerful intention: “Any old energies that are not serving me are clearing.” We think these words, we dream these words, and we commit to these words. We spend time in nature, we meditate, and we take long baths where we focus on our intent to clear.

We commit to ourselves that the old pain, the old fears, the old blocks—they are not going to dominate us anymore.

And when we experience setbacks? What then? Well, we don’t let anything that occurs feel like a setback. When we feel ourselves slipping into old patterns of fear and a sense of inadequacy, we acknowledge that there is more to clear and we re-commit to ending the pain and set the intention to clear that energy.

Believing that our pain and trauma is true and real is how we hold tight to it and seal it into our system.

Knowing that pain and trauma hurts and is hard, but ultimately is an illusion and can be released is how we become free.

As we keep working with the intention to clear energies that are no longer needed, we will have the experience of becoming lighter. This is because we are releasing the pain and trauma that have been taking up precious real estate, and now there is more space for the manifestation of goodness within us. As we clear what is no longer needed, we will feel more spacious.

Don’t fill this space up with more worries and fretting! Just don’t do it!

Fill this space up with light and infinite possibility. Tell yourself: I am open and available to all the abundance of life. Don’t try to decide what that abundance is exactly. Don’t try to picture houses, cars, jobs, or lovers. Just feel open!

Let yourself feel open, free, empty, and energetically available. This is the opposite of feeling scared, stressed, and limited. You really don’t need to know what you are open to. Who cares? The point is to feel free, loose, ready, and available for all the goodness to come—because you deserve it!

We are all beautiful, precious souls trying to do our best to do good on this planet. It is time to own this. And we own our goodness by letting go of all the fear and pain holding us down, and fill our energy with an empty lightness that will allow us to soar.

2018 is going to be great, I know it.

Much love to you all!
