How Vitamin Deficiency Can Lead Your Child to Mental Disorders

Vitamins and Minerals are essential for a human body. These can help in proper day to day running of your body. If your diet is healthy and balanced, you are most likely all the required nutrients from the food you eat. However, this also depends on your ability to absorb nutrition from the food.
