So I am thoroughly enjoying watching the Apple TV- Ted Lasso series.  Ted Lasso inspires, uplifts and reminds us, as the sign hanging in the locker room says ” Believe” Belief in oneself and in one another. That is the way to go, as opposed to judging, condemning, blaming or criticizing.

He makes us smile and laugh, his positivity is contagious! I think he passes on a message to be ourselves wherever we go. We can spread kindness and joy, even if it is a small act of love. It is remembering to follow that golden rule: to treat others the way we would like to be treated, taking the time to think of another.

Ted brings the light, despite his own internal struggles, he tries to give and allow others to come together, in helping others, we are reminded to look after ourselves too. I think when we give, we do receive. Maybe we spread a message to help someone and we help ourselves too.

Ted, thanks for inspiring and soaring and reminding us to be kind and smile.
